Stud Service Contract

We only breed our studs to healthy, registered dams who exhibit quality in conformation.

DAM OWNER AGREES TO:

1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before semen is shipped. $2500.00 or 2nd pick of the litter. Deposit of $250 required to hold the price and breeding spot. Includes one shipped collection. Additional shipments are $250.

2. Provide a picture & a 3generation pedigree or registration to stud owner before servicing.

3. Agree to provide stud dog owner a statement from a licensed veterinarian no later than 50 days after breeding if no litter results. Failure to do so will result in no return service.

4. Keep dam properly confined following breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally before mating season is finished.

5. Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs.

6. If a return service is required, dam owner is required to pay S250.00 for shipping kit and shipping for return service as well as $250.00 for each shipment required thereafter (shipping cost may vary depending on region).

7. Notify stud owner of first day of heat and give ample notice to ship semen overnight.

8. Agree to provide stud owner with date of birth, number of puppies & picture of litter within two days of birth.

STUD OWNER AGREES TO:1. Provide bitch owner with a 3 generation pedigree of stud dog.2. Have stud dog in good physical condition.3. Sign Litter Registration promptly upon payment in full of stud fee and/or any other outstanding balance related to this breeding.4. Provide a return service to same dam if no pregnancy results from mating at no charge.5. To receive return service, dam owner must provide stud dog owner a verification statement from a licensed veterinarian of dam’s failure to conceive not more than 50 days following the mating. If stud is no longer available for whatever reason for return service, stud owner reserves the right to offer a different stud to dam owner.6. With deposit, stud owner guarantees stud will be available at time of breeding and not to be used on other dam’s simultaneously as to not sacrifice the quality of semen.OTHER CONDITIONS: 1. Two live puppies born constitutes a litter, if litter results in only one pup it will be given to the dam owner and stud fee of $500.00 will be given.2. If dam fails to conceive on return service, this contract is terminated.3.
